To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fuse will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms or to protect the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.
